Stunning South-West corner at Electra
Electra San Diego is one of the most stately buildings in Southern California. Formerly an SDGE power plant, developer Nat Bosa incorporated the facade of the historical building to the exterior from which rises the tallest residential tower in San Diego. With it’s stunningly beautiful conservatory room with 120′ ceilings, elegant chandeliers, historical style, player piano and fine touch finishes throughout, it is the ultimate entertaining space for any residential building.
Electra is located right along the Western Corridor at Broadway and Kettner right in front of Broadway Pier where the cruise ships doc and there are multiple festivals and civic events. This Broadway corridor at the North Embarcadero will see more improvements than any other area in Downtown. Electra is positioned equally between The Gaslamp and Little Italy and is just steps from the San Diego Bay.
Residence 2501 is located on the south-west corner and is just over half way up the tower, but this video gives an idea of the level of finishes and dazzling views the building offers. For more information, give us a call or visit our Electra page.
