Since we moved in, we have made a few improvements including a retaining wall alongside the driveway, a small patio, some landscaping, & created several nature trails spanning the different levels of the property. We also added a soft water unit with filtered water at the sink. Best of all, we added an owned solar system with 2 solar batteries. We were concerned about outages but also, we wanted to make sure we had power for our electric car. All this because we were certain we were going to live here forever. The upkeep we have done includes servicing the sceptic tank, replacing the dishwasher & tankless water heater. We added panels for the living room windows & did a bit of painting &repair all around. Another bonus is that we have a private, gated driveway/roadway at the base of our property. It is not included in the square footage but it's somewhat of an easement & it leads to a nature walk cliffside with breathtaking views. There are so many things we love about this home, such as the privacy it offers, as well as the serene surround of nature, even though we're so close to the city. It's amazing! We are hopeful that you will enjoy this home as we have. It is with great sadness that we are having to relocate to help family in another part of the state.
